Attorney Martin Seidler has practiced primarily bankruptcy law for over 40 years, handling cases involving Chapter 7 bankruptcy, Chapter 11 bankruptcy, Chapter 12 bankruptcy, Chapter 13 bankruptcy, credit card defense, and more. Many of his cases are referrals from other lawyers who do not handle complicated bankruptcy matters. Filing for bankruptcy is often quite overwhelming and stressful for most people. Martin Seidler is a former Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee. He handled thousands of bankruptcy cases for the Courts as Trustee over the years. As an attorney he tried hundreds of contested matters for trustees, creditors and debtors. He has tried personal injury, wrongful death, home equity lien avoidance, probate, real estate, collection, credit card defense, Fair Debt Collection Practices, and Texas Debt Collection Act cases. This gives him a well-balanced and unique advantage in understanding, analyzing and handling his clients’ bankruptcy cases. Furthermore, Martin, through his extensive experience, has the ability to review in depth his clients’ financial data and pertinent personal information in order to present a cogent argument to the court that shows why his clients deserve to be granted bankruptcy protection.

Martin Seidler is an honors graduate of the University of Florida at Gainesville. He earned his law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas.
